The idea for these boots is based on an archaeological find from Oseberg - a grave on a ship, dating from the ninth century.

The Viking boot is closed at the forefoot and tied to the shaft with a long ribbon. Two holes ensure that the loop can also be attached to the upper part of the barrel.
