The hoplites of Ancient Greece, the brave infantrymen best known for fighting in a phalanx formation and wielding a spear or spear (dory) and a large round shield (aspis or hoplon), are commonly depicted with a secondary weapon at their side. Sword Deschaux Rapier
With its elegant and artistic lines, the rapier has always been a romantic symbol of the Renaissance. The reality is that the rapier is a melee weapon, perfectly adapted to the rapid movements of duelists. In the early days, different forms of tightening were tested to highlight this formed by three rings. The handle is made of bone for good grip and is decorated with a laminated wire. Deschaux Rapier is a sword with a classic design, but light and fast. Note: Bone is a natural material and color can vary from white to darkened.
