This mesh cover is well sized and completely covers the neck and shoulders. It has an authentic square facial opening. The hoods were worn from the dark ages to the late medieval times, sometimes along with a helmet. We recommend wearing a protective cap underneath.

Aluminio mesh hood with protector
This net consists of four riveted aluminum rings, woven in 4 to 1.
The inner diameter of the rings is about 10mm, so we call this type of ARR 10 armor.
In the LARP scene it is also known as Mithril due to its low weight.
The mail hood weighs only approx. 1 kg.
