Upper Leg Protection (or tassets) Warrior helps protect the thighs and groin from sword blows and other impacts. Two sets of steel plates protect the hips and the outside of the thighs, a third set of smaller plates protects the groin and parts of the inner thighs. It is one of the best known Brigandines of the fourteenth century and also one of the most popular today, both in medieval tournaments and battlefields, but also in Behourd and fair.
