Now it will be easy for you to do this by adding one of those beautiful Teutonic knight tabards to your costume, proudly wearing the Templar cross on your chest, as any of those fierce warrior knights would have done centuries ago.
This historic cover is handmade from sturdy cotton canvas and can last for years, event after event. The beautiful red cross is very well applied to the tabard. The total length is approximately 125 cm, which gives it a fluid and elegant structure and a unique size.

Medieval Bernhard Doublet with Braided Cords, Black

This body-hugging doublet is made from cotton twill and features contrasting details. The central front is closed with a burgundy red Nestlé ribbon. There are also snap-on bands on the sleeve hem and attached neckline. With the snap-on straps on the lap, the gaiters can be attached directly to the doublet. This doublet is lined with a contrasting, lightweight cotton fabric. There's nothing else, it's a doublet.

The slim-cut doublet appeared in the High Middle Ages and replaced the long, wide tunic. It is used with hose or combined leggings, where the clothing is attached directly to the doublet.
Typical features of a doublet are the attached neckline, a tight fit to the body, a small turtleneck, and a center or buttoned front button. The doublet was initially worn as a turtleneck jacket. During the Renaissance, the neckline became deeper and the doublet became more richly decorated.
A light shirt or waistcoat was usually worn under the doublet.
There are numerous depictions of doublets from the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance, for example in the Palatini Germanici 466 Codices.

Medieval Medieval Perponto with Steel Plates Rivet

Our medieval brigandine is the perfect accessory for your next LARP costume or for your next cosplay fair or medieval event. This style of arrangement of riveted steel plates on the interior is quite unusual, but not unheard of. We decided to base our brigandine loosely on an existing statue of the Sleeping Guard from a reliquary in the Wienhausen Monastery. c. 1270 currently on display at the Provincial Museum, Hanover.

Medieval Kragelund Askur Tunic, BlackThe look and cut of this tunic are based on archaeological finds dating back to the 11th century. However, it is not an individual reproduction.Nederfrederiksmose Man, also known as <,i>Kragelund Man or Fredriksdal Man, was found in 1898 near the town of Kragelund, Denmark. It was the first bog body photographically documented at the site of discovery. He wore a tunic, short leather boots, and bare-legged.Our knee-length tunic is made of sturdy cotton canvas and adorned with hand-sewn ornamental stitches. It is elaborately finished and designed as an outer garment. The gambeson, also called the gambison, armored doublet, or aceton, was worn under chain or plate armor in the Middle Ages. It increased the wearing comfort of the knight's armor and was also able to absorb the blows of opponents and thus reduce the risk of injury.This gambeson from Ulfberth is made of three layers of fabric: an outer layer of cotton fabric (canvas), a layer of polyester padding, and a cotton inner lining. The padding on the upper body is diamond-shaped. At the waist, the padding is horizontal and in the hip region and arms, the padding is vertical. The gambeson is closed with leather straps and metal straps in the center of the front. The stitched leather details reinforce particularly stressed areas. Viking Tunic, Viborg Reconstruction, Red Wine

The appearance and cut of this tunic are based on an archaeological find dating back to the 11th century. In 1984, during excavations in Viborg (Denmark), a bundle of fabric glued to canvas was discovered. As it turned out, these were individual fragments that could be put together to form a tunic. Only the back and sleeves have not been preserved in their entirety and leave a bit of room for interpretation.The tunic has a very elaborate and unique cut for the time. The upper part of the fuselage is worked in two layers at the front and back and has a rectangle from which the seams protrude diagonally. The neckline is equipped with two slits and drawstrings. The arm ball is cut straight and is complemented by a reinforcement in the armpit area. The sleeve is made up of a total of three pieces of pattern and tapers towards the hem. The side seams are slit, with the back reaching a few inches above the front, covering the top of the slit.Our cotton tunic is a unique reconstruction of the Viborg tunic of the Middle Ages. We place special emphasis on the correct cut of the dividing seams, the finishing in the details and the correct proportions. We have slightly lengthened the total length of the torso and sleeves for aesthetic reasons. Thus, our Viking tunic has long sleeves and the hem ends at the thigh height. The elaborate tunic can be worn as both an upper and lower tunic. The fabric (100% cotton) is medium firm and double-layered in the torso area.The tunic is the perfect cloak for all Nordics.
