They help protect the lower arm, thumb and back of the hand by sword blows and other impacts, feature leather straps with buckles for an individual fit and are made of 1 mm thick polished steel with rivets and without sharp edges, so they are safe for LARP weapons. The clamps and hand protection are connected via chains for additional protection and free movement.
