Certain items, due to their size, weight, or specific characteristics, may incur additional shipping costs. In this case, the customer will be notified in writing for approval before shipping.

Rei das Espadas is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If the order is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
If payment is not made within 3 business days of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.
We are not responsible for customs issues in the destination countries.
Delivery Times
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation, with an average shipping time of 2 to 12 business days, depending on the items selected. Shipping is via CTT (Brazilian Postal Service) or a courier company.
We recommend grouping your items into one order for convenience.

Returns
Due to the specific nature of the products sold, returns are only accepted in the following situations:
Product with a proven manufacturing defect
Product does not match the characteristics presented in the online store
Return Conditions:
The customer has 14 days to request a return.
The item must be returned in perfect condition and properly packaged.
We recommend shipping via insured courier. Loja Rei das Espadas is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders, special orders, or custom-made items.
Upon receipt and validation of the return, an identical item will be shipped in perfect condition.
International Orders
Estimated cost for European Union countries: €15 to €40 (varies depending on the country, weight, and order value).
To calculate the exact cost, add the items to your cart and check the cost at checkout.
For purchases of two or more items, shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order. The customer must wait for confirmation of the amount before making payment.
