This gorjal is an ideal armor for any knight or infantryman, offering reliable protection for the throat and upper chest. Combine it with a Sallet or an open helmet that you like, and this historic gorjal with falling bevor will bring you significant additional protection on the battlefield, always keeping the option of lowering the plate that covers your chin to catch your breath before returning to the fray!
Meticulously HANDMADE 16 gauge MILD STEEL resistant, this gorget is a fully functional steel armor, ideal for historical reconstitutions. It attaches well with a sturdy leather strap and steel buckle to fasten it for a comfortable fit. This gorget has a unique size that fits more.
A fully enclosed helmet would not be as efficient as this rider's gorjal combined with his trusty helmet! This style was preferred by most heavily armored knights from the second quarter of the 15th century until the Renaissance, when the closed helmet was introduced. It allowed the user to easily remove the helmet when it was not needed and provided significant protection on the battlefield.

VALUE OF POSTAGES
When ordering a single item, the postage has a fixed value of €30, prices only for Mainland Portugal and Islands and Peninsular Spain. You must always indicate a telephone contact number to avoid non-receipt of your order.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 12 working days depending on the items chosen through CTT or Transport Agency after receipt of payment.

Due to the specificity of the items sold by Loja Rei das Espadas, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product sent is damaged by proven manufacturing defect.
- The characteristics of the product sent do not correspond to those described in the Online-Store
All items are shipped in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged item and that is justified, you can return it. We will send an identical article in good condition. You can request a return by email. The customer has 14 days to return the item.
Returns of products subject to special, personalized or made-to-measure orders are not accepted.
