Sankt Annen Sword of Armament with Scabbard, 12th Century
The sword of a hand we offer here is modeled after a 12 c. original belonging to the collection of the St. Annen Museum in Lübeck, Germany.
Classified as Oakeshott type XII, this one-armed, double-edged sword shows the typical characteristics of the swords of the high Middle Ages. It features a wide and uniformly tapered EN45 spring steel blade that is filled about two-thirds along its length. The edges are not sharp, and the full ear of the blade is spiked into the apple. The handle consists of a steel crossguard, a wooden core handle wrapped in brown leather and a brass disc-shaped pommel crowned with a steel feather block.
This decorative and good-value knight sword comes complete with a wooden sheath and light brown leather that matches the grip wrap.
Note that this medieval sword is not a weapon ready for battle. It is designed as a collector's piece or decoration/display and is not suitable for combat reenactment. In addition to his quality as a collectible, it is also perfectly suited as prop, for example, to complete his costume, and will make his transformation into a simply perfect noble knight.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 12 working days depending on the items chosen through CTT or Transport Agency after receipt of payment.

Due to the specificity of the items sold by Loja Rei das Espadas, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product sent is damaged by proven manufacturing defect.
- The characteristics of the product sent do not correspond to those described in the Online-Store
All items are shipped in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged item and that is justified, you can return it. We will send an identical article in good condition. You can request a return by email. The customer has 14 days to return the item.
Returns of products subject to special, personalized or made-to-measure orders are not accepted.

- We recommend sending the product by an insured carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused to the product during transport.
