This functional medieval group tent offers ample space for 2 to 3 occupants with their respective belongings and equipment. It is easy to assemble and has the right talent for any medieval market, military camp or LARP event. With an internal height of approx. 2.30 m in the center and a generous diameter of 3 m, it offers enough space and sleeping space. The side walls can be rolled, which allows you to enjoy the summer weather and keep it airy on hot days, keeping you protected from heat and direct sunlight.
The tent is equipped with a convenient zip door and the bottom edge closes all around with an asod cloth. Three openings that can be closed in the ceiling, as well as on the side walls, provide adequate ventilation.
Thanks to its special fabric (twill), 100% cotton canvas is exceptionally tear resistant and practically impervious to water.
Our LARP Merglin tent is the perfect initial model for those who wish to maintain the proper atmosphere of the camp. However, please that neither its design and construction nor the materials used are suitable for a historically authentic representation.

The full LARP tent is shipped in a package. The delivery scope includes a sectional vertical pole made of metal, transverse metal door, tensioning ropes, as well as eleven small and eight large piles.

You can extend the life of your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent, Knights tent, medieval tent, medieval market or TLARP tent and enjoy its use for a long time by observing the following precautions:
Placing the tent is a fairly easy task that can be completed quickly and without stress thanks to the loop system. The poles can be adjusted in length to suit your needs. When arming the tent, please make sure that the ropes connect the angles of the roof and follow the lines of the seams of the tent and that the pegs are aligned with the lower corners or handles of the tent.
Do not stretch the ropes too far, as natural materials such as wood or cotton change under the influence of moisture and need space to contract and expand. You can thus avoid, e. that the holes of the roof of the poles are distend and facilitate the entry of water. We recommend a little loosening of the ropes at night as the humidity increases considerably at night and can increase the risk of excessive stress exerted on your tent. The ropes should also have a little reduced pressure or high atmospheric humidity.
When installing the side wall, it is best to start with the opening side of the tent. As an additional preventive measure against moisture and mold, the walls of the tent should, as far as possible, not touch the ground (this does not apply to tents with lining).
If the tent has been exposed to moisture, we advise you to dlow it after use, as it is likely to be molded. Wooden orchards should never be wrapped in plastic or the like. Once the poles are dry, a cotton cloth is perfectly sufficient.
Under no circumstances use detergents or any other cleaning products to clean your tent. The best way to remove dry dirt is to use a brush.
As for storing your tent for a long period of time, please separate all accessories (stakes, ropes, etc.) from the tent itself and preferably pack everything separately. Make sure all items are dry and stored in a dry place

VALUE OF POSTAGES
When ordering a single item, the postage has a fixed value of €30, prices only for Mainland Portugal and Islands and Peninsular Spain. You must always indicate a telephone contact number to avoid non-receipt of your order.
National orders are shipped using transport systems appropriate to the size and weight of the goods. Some goods may require additional transport costs, either due to their size, weight or specificity. All transport costs will be communicated in writing to the buyer for approval, after which the order will be shipped.

We inform you that we are not responsible for the fact that the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, if it is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If your payment is not made after 3 business days of making your purchase, it will be canceled due to lack of payment. We are not responsible for customs issues.
DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 12 working days depending on the items chosen through CTT or Transport Agency after receipt of payment.

Due to the specificity of the items sold by Loja Rei das Espadas, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product sent is damaged by proven manufacturing defect.
- The characteristics of the product sent do not correspond to those described in the Online-Store
All items are shipped in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged item and that is justified, you can return it. We will send an identical article in good condition. You can request a return by email. The customer has 14 days to return the item.
Returns of products subject to special, personalized or made-to-measure orders are not accepted.
