Attention to detail was a priority and no effort was spared to make these replicas as accurate and visually stunning as possible.
Gandalf's staff, the Grey, is a symbol of his status as Istari, or Mage. It was owned by Radagast the Brown, made from an overturned and twisted sapling, once crowned with branches and root protrusions, but now all broken and worn. In addition to being Gandalf's trusted cane and a combat weapon when needed, it possesses deep magical power. Radagast's rune mark is engraved on the side and the crown features a groove shape that held Radagast's blue crystal, now serving as a place for Gandalf to store his pipe. Pushed to the side of the team is a nail that Gandalf uses as tobacco tampering and was once used to scratch a rune on the door of Bilbo Baggins' house in Hobbiton.
Gandalf's Staff, United Cutlery Grey is fused into polyresin with authentic details and colours. The attached polyresin tube and spike replicas are removable, and the team comes with a polystone wall screen that matches the design of the hobbit's other United Cutlery team replicas.

When ordering a single item, the postage has a fixed value of €8, prices only for Mainland Portugal and Islands and Peninsular Spain. You must always indicate a telephone contact number to avoid non-receipt of your order.
National orders are shipped using transport systems appropriate to the size and weight of the goods. Some goods may require additional transport costs, either due to their size, weight or specificity. All transport costs will be communicated in writing to the buyer for approval, after which the order will be shipped.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 12 working days depending on the items chosen through CTT or Transport Agency after receipt of payment.

Due to the specificity of the items sold by Loja Rei das Espadas, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product sent is damaged by proven manufacturing defect.
- The characteristics of the product sent do not correspond to those described in the Online-Store
All items are shipped in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged item and that is justified, you can return it. We will send an identical article in good condition. You can request a return by email. The customer has 14 days to return the item.
Returns of products subject to special, personalized or made-to-measure orders are not accepted.

- We recommend sending the product by an insured carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused to the product during transport.
