(MAA) Crab Claw Dagger
The medieval man of arms was a robust and reliable fighter who exhibited great martial feats with a variety of weapons. He was the veteran of many conflicts and was often the first to enter the fray. Although he was not a knight, he fought and trained alongside them as a brother in arms. To honor these rugged and salty warriors, Cold Steel has created a variety of true weapons for travelers, called Man in the Weapons Collection.
These battle-ready weapons may not have the shiny blades and polished silver steel of Cold Steel's cutting-edge weapons, but they are quite similar in quality and performance. The fully sharp and blue blades have a distinctive metallic finish that complements the black handles. And when they're oiled, they're incredibly beautiful by themselves.
The Man at Arms collection features a selection of some of Cold Steel's finest blades, but at a significantly reduced price. If you ever wanted a cold steel piece but couldn't afford one, this collection is made for you.
This beautiful trim baghas several crab claw quillons to lock, hold or manipulate an opponent's blade, while its solid steel sail protector offers exceptional hand protection. Its rigid blade is expertly heat treated and deeply bluish for a rich and shiny finish before sharpening manually. The Crab Claw Dagger features an attractive wire-wrapped handle that is large enough for strong hands, even when wearing modern fencing/HEMA gloves.
For ease of transportation and display, the dagger comes complete with a richly blue steel neck and steel leather sheath.
Perfect for stagings, historic European martial arts and as a collector's piece - the Crab Claw Dagger will surely make a great impression!
