When the Outback™ first came out, it was possibly the most blunt Bowie knife you could buy without going to a custom blacksmith. Down Under Knives was very happy to be able to put so much cutting power into a conventional-sized blade, but of course it would only be a matter of time before someone outgrew it. It got them thinking: If it was possible without being totally impractical, why weren't they already doing it?
Well, after several months of design and prototyping work, Down Under Knives did just that. The design of the Red Rock Raptor™ borrows elements from the legendary Kukri to get the raw speed and power needed to cut more or less anything that might need to be cut. The angle and width of the tip provide a natural stab tip, while the smooth convex/concave transition of the edge provides the durability of a axe and the sharpness and control of a carving knife - both exactly where you need them, without detracting from one to the other.
Finally, you know how some excellent Bowies, Kukris, and Machetes force you to hold back a bit, so your hand doesn't slip? Yes, they hate it too. That's why the Down Under Knives Red Rock Raptor™ has an ergonomically contoured 100% leather handle and generous handguards on both ends. You can hit with your fist, stab with the tip, whittle with the base of the blade, and poke with the convex edge. The wide, gently rounded handguards will protect your fingers from impact and ensure that the knife stays glued to your hand no matter what you do. Don't be fooled by the aggressive look; This knife is built to perform as well as it looks. When ordering a single item, the postage has a fixed value of €30, prices only for Mainland Portugal and Islands and Peninsular Spain. You must always indicate a telephone contact number to avoid non-receipt of your order.
National orders are shipped using transport systems appropriate to the size and weight of the goods. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 12 working days depending on the items chosen through CTT or Transport Agency after receipt of payment.

Due to the specificity of the items sold by Loja Rei das Espadas, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product sent is damaged by proven manufacturing defect.
- The characteristics of the product sent do not correspond to those described in the Online-Store
All items are shipped in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged item and that is justified, you can return it. We will send an identical article in good condition. You can request a return by email. The customer has 14 days to return the item.
Returns of products subject to special, personalized or made-to-measure orders are not accepted.
